Refreshing family time

I visited this place last sunday for a family get away with our 9 month old baby.Its a beautiful property facing arabian sea.Mr Dinu helped us to get a room with a sea view ,which was excellent and comfortable.It was so nice of them to do this bcz it was really helpful for us specially with the baby.Staffs were all very pleasant and professional. The pool was nice warm and clean,but we couldn't enjoy much due to unexpected rain. i strongly recommend this place to families and we are already planning for a stay at this place soon.

Great Experieance

We stayed here for a couple of days as a short getaway on our wedding anniversary and had a memorable experience. The honeymoon suite offered a breathtaking view of the Arabian sea and a lighthouse view from the balcony. It had various essential amenities and was kept neat and tidy. The hospitality and service was excellent. A special mention to Restaurant manager Jyothish who arranged for us a memorable candle light dinner experience and was kind enough to promptly address our requests, Mr. Jibin and Mr.Jiju for their excellent hospitality and service , and Chef Akhil who kindly prepared for us dishes from outside the menu on request and offered us multiple choice of cuisines. Recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Kovalam.

A week at the Turtle on the Beach

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Our Annex room had a view to the sea and was very comfortable and large. Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were all very friendly including the security staff outside who were always smiling. The main dining room was the best, The staff and management were second to none. The food was amazing and freshly cooked to your requirements. Tom ,Krishna and Krishna made every meal time enjoyable and fun and the manager's were always available to welcome us and join us in the conversation. This is why we would always come back to this hotel and recommend it to all. location was not from sea with its array of shops and restaurants and the beach was lovely especially in the evening where gathers to watch the sunset. We are planning to return on our next visit to India.

Great vacation Hotel

Really great location really friendly and helpful staff not a lot to do around here and the beaches are not up to Australian standards. The weather was perfect and you cant swim at the beach. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the breakfast is the best we have had in India. they home made jam is delicious a must try.

Perfect Vacation

We visited Kovalam in the first week of October 2019 and drove down from Bangalore. 715 Kms from my house in Whitefield, it took 9.5 hours of driving via Dindigul, Tirunelveli, Nagarcoil. Reached the hotel at around 4pm and the checkin process was smooth and quick. We were shown our room which was beautiful and had a nice balcony that opened into an amazing view of the sea. The room had necessary basic amenities and was clean. Catamaran - the restaurant is good and the food is tasty. We ordered some Kerala specific non-veg dishes and they were made very well. All the staff - front office, housekeeping, restaurant, pool are helpful and prompt in their service. The checkout process was smooth too. Stayed for three nights with family. While my booking was driven by reviews on Tripadvisor, have heard a good review of this hotel from my colleague too.

One of the best

Excellent location with best of rooms and service. Made all efforts to ensure our stay was pleasent. Food was amazing right throughout. Beach is 2 mins walk. One of the cleanest beaches I have seen in India. Will come back soon.

Didn't expect such a good stay

When you see the hotel on makemytrip or goibibo, the rooms don't look very nice and the hotel also didn't look nice. So when I was looking for hotels, this hotel wasn't my first or second choice. But all the hotels that I preferred were booked out so we went with this hotel. I'm not saying it looked bad but it didn't look the best. So when we arrived, a staff member greeted us with some powder that they put on your head. Then we got some tender coconut water and later a cold towel. We had booked 2 Arabian sea view rooms but 2 were not available so they gave a upgrade for 1 room. The restaurant was the one that was not very good. Not much choice for buffet but a good amount of choice for a la carte. There is a majority of Kerala cuisine. Even though I'm malayali the Kerala food was just average. When I saw that there was a snooker table, I immediately went and started playing it. When I was playing I noticed that I was not able to hit properly so did my dad. And the white ball looked like somebody kept on chipping it. Then I realise that the tip of the snooker club was not there. There is supposed to be rubber or something but it was not there so that was a big disappointment. Also when I was looking at the rooms on TripAdvisor, the sky suite wasnt there. So the hotel was excellent but just a little changes need to be made.

Stay cation with the little one

At first, a heartfelt thanks to Turtle on the Beach and the staff who provided us with utmost comfort and amazing experience at the resort during our stay. We had a mini stayaction with our 2 year old baby at the resort. We stayed at the sea view room with balcony. The room was perfect. It was neat and tidy with all amenities. The staff were always ready to answer all our quiets and solve our problems. They were strictly following the covid protocols. We had our Breakfast Buffet at the famous Catamaran Restaurant. The live dosa and egg varieties is a must try.

Amaizing Choice!!!

Thanking each of the crew at the property who looked after us 2 day and nights. The duplex suite was the best choice we made and the view from the room was mind blowing. Excellent service and amazing staff. The property is under going renovation due to the new management, which is understandable. Definitely worth the money we spent. And a special mention and thanks to Jibin from the F&B department for his excellent service and for looking after us so well. Definitely recommended!!

About Our Stay!!!

Excellent food quality, staff members (excellent behaviour), services and most important beach view location. Our kids enjoyed very much. They liked swimming pool and enjoyed. Thank you for make our good and memorable trip. Hope so will visit again.
